Inspects, calibrates, maintains, troubleshoots and repairs instrumentation and electrical components of equipment in the areas of power generation, steam generation, steam distribution control, electrical switch gear, CEM system, communication/security system, cooling water system, fire protection system, all water systems, and fuel systems.

Installs, maintains, calibrates and repairs mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic instrumentation within manufacturer’s specifications. Installs pipe and/or tubing to process connection.

Environmental Manager (Accepting applications until filled)
- Implement and follow policies and procedures necessary to meet requirement of environmental, policies and federal, state, county or local environmental, regulations, laws, and standards and corporate environmental policies and standards.
- Monitor the plant’s operation in compliance with all federal, state, county, and local operating permits.
- Conduct plant environmental inspections and prepare reports.
- Maintain accurate filing system for environmental compliance records, including permit applications, permit, records, operating logs, test reports and monitoring reports.

The Mechanic will install, troubleshoot, clean, inspect and maintain mechanical equipment throughout the facility in a safe, environmentally compliant and professional manner.

Plant Operator (Accepting applications until filled)
Under general supervision, coordinates and conducts daily plant operations in order to improve production, maintain costs and ensure safety.
Qualifications/Experience
High school diploma or G.E.D. and four or more year’s previous experience.

Assistant Plant Operator (Accepting applications until filled)
Monitor and operate boilers and auxiliary plant equipment from the field to maintain safe, efficient, and continuous plant operations. With guidance and as requested, operate boilers and auxiliary plant equipment locally throughout the plant, making necessary adjustments to maintain safety and efficiency.
Qualifications/Experience
Licenses as required by State, Federal, Environmental and/or Health/Safety Regulatory agencies.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent.
2 years working in a power plant operation or 3 years related experience.
Mechanical skills sufficient to perform varied mechanical tasks such as replacement of shear pins, valve repacking or equipment inspections.
Knowledge and understanding of the operation of a steam generating power plant.

Relief Assistant Plant Operator (Accepting applications until filled)
Short Description:
Assist the Plant Operator in the daily operation and maintenance of the plant from the field and in the control room. Work hours and overtime vary.
Education/Experience:
Licences as required by State, Federal, Environmental and/or Health/Safety Regulatory agencies.
High School Dimploma / GED or equivalent
2 years working in a power plant operation or 3 years related experience.

The Equipment Operator will perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs to Fuel Handling Systems, Fuel Conveyors and other auxiliary systems.

Plant Laborer (Accepting applications until filled)
Sustainable Resource Management is currently seeking a Plant Laborer. Performs cleaning functions and operates and maintains mobile equipment. Duties may include sweeping, shoveling, painting, housekeeping and some minor repairs of equipment. Completes inspections as assigned. Performs minor repairs to equipment. Maintains records, receipts.
Must be able to responsibly operate heavy machinery.
